Sales and Marketing assistant

Edinburgh December 17th

We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant. This is a permanent, full time appointment and a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their Marketing career. A good qualification will help the right candidate, but what’s more important is passion, enthusiasm and a desire to grasp this opportunity with both hands and be highly successful. The successful candidate can expect to work in a fun and vibrant environment, whilst gaining invaluable practical knowledge and experience across the entire marketing mix. There may be some requirement for international travel.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Providing support with G2G3 and client Marketing projects
  
• Assist in the design and production of Sales and Marketing materials
  
• Market research as required
  
• Maintaining and updating the Sales & Marketing database
  
• Conduct Sales & Marketing administration as required
  
• Assist in Direct Marketing and lead generation efforts
  
• Trade show event management organization and administration

Skills Profile

• Marketing experience and/or relevant qualification
  
• Highly IT literate
  
• Excellent Communication skills, a high standard of written English, combined with creative writing and editing skills
  
• Highly innovative - an 'ideas' person
  
• Enthusiastic - a real 'spark' and a passion for success
  
• Creative flair
  
• Hardworking
  
• Team player
