More than 40,000 IT staff were impacted by a significant global IT transformation program, many of which were displaying signs of resistance and negativity. New program leadership was appointed in order to turn around the fortunes of the program. One of the first actions of the new leadership was to turn the focus towards organizational change management (OCM) and engage G2G3.
