Our simulations are based on the experiential learning cycle created by psychologist and educational theorist Dr. David Kolb. The learning cycle gives participants the experience of what it’s like to run your business, plan and test various process changes, and learn from the results.

We divide your people into different teams where they run the business, develop and release new products, map the value delivered to customers, and test the results.

Our software tracks the business’s performance in real time, recording the in- room choices and actions to provide valuable metrics that enable them to discuss and evaluate their work. They will experience chaos, a lack of visibility and slow response times. They will see the need for change and be encouraged to find ways to enhance the system.

As people move through the journey of DO, REVIEW, THEORY and PLAN, they see the need for change and are encouraged to find ways to enhance the system until the ‘A-ha’ moment at the end of the day when everything fits in to place.
