The solution:

Design and delivery of a bespoke Ford ITSM simulation, to engage, educate and enable a global workforce around the rollout of ITIL across the business. A key aim of the simulation was to engage participants with ITSM and to examine how ITSM fits in terms of the wider Ford IT Operating Model. In addition, the simulation was used to demonstrate the value and power that common processes, functions and tools can provide to an organization in terms of providing services effectively to the business.

In addition, an infographic was developed that brought to life the Ford ITSM journey and was used as a communications asset throughout the ITSM transformation program.

The simulation was extremely well received, with training satisfaction ratings shooting up from 37% to 95%!
